About Me

Hi, I’m Claire. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Integrated Design & Media at New York University, focusing on UX and product design. I’m especially interested in designing experiences that reduce uncertainty and support users emotionally—helping people feel more confident and at ease when interacting with technology.

Before graduate school, I worked as an AI Engineer at HTC and a Data Scientist at Microsoft. While these roles gave me a strong technical foundation, they also led me to reflect on how technology impacts people beyond functionality, and how thoughtful design can shape more empathetic and human-centered experiences.

From a design perspective, I’m particularly drawn to UX research and evaluation. I enjoy analyzing survey data, synthesizing insights from interviews, and conducting usability testing to understand user pain points and validate whether design decisions truly improve the experience. I’m a friendly and collaborative designer who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to turn complex ideas into clear, supportive, and meaningful products.
